As a parent, you always worry when your child needs surgery, but Dr. Lytle made my son’s wisdom teeth extraction a completely stress-free experience. From our very first consultation, the entire team was incredible! They explained the procedure in a way that kept him calm and thoroughly answered all of my parental questions about the anesthesia and recovery. The day of the surgery could not have gone any smoother. The nurses were exceptionally comforting and knowledgeable which put my son at ease. Before I knew it, he was out of surgery, comfortable, and ready to head home. What really impressed me was the detailed, easy-to-follow post-op instruction sheet they provided. Thanks to their excellent care, guidance and following the post op instructions exactly, his recovery was much faster and smoother than we ever anticipated. He was back to his normal self in just a couple of days with minimal discomfort. If you are looking for a highly skilled, compassionate Oral Surgeon for your teenager or young adult, I cannot recommend Dr. Lytle and his awesome team at Third Coast Oral Surgery enough! They treat your loved ones like their own!

Dr. Lytle and team are the best in the area. After looking into several oral surgeons, he was highly recommended by multiple dentists and now I know why. I’ve had a great experience with three procedures. Open to working with ceramic implants and PRP- which has sped my recovery time. Very friendly, knowledgeable and organized staff with top-notch skill and experience in the OR. Highly recommend!

The facility was very nice. The snacks, drinks, and shirts were all free and made waiting a much better experience (I got there early, not on them). The receptionist was very nice and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and helped calm some nerves for what will be my first surgery. I did get taken back 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but I think everyone was coming back from lunch so no complaint really.

Amazing first experience! I have been to a couple of other oral surgeons in the area but didn’t feel very comfortable. Everyone I have met so far has been extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Very thankful to have found Third Coast! I appreciate that my appointment didn’t feel rushed and that Dr Lytle was very thorough in his explanation of the procedure… he really helped ease my mind and made me feel more confident proceeding with scheduling. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience at Third Coast. From the moment I walked in, the front team was welcoming, organized, and made everything easy. The clinical staff were just as wonderful—professional, attentive, and kind throughout the entire visit. The office itself is brand new and absolutely beautiful—very clean, modern, and truly feels state-of-the-art. It made the whole experience even more comfortable. Dr. Lytle really stood out. He was patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and genuinely made me feel like he cared about my comfort and overall experience. It’s not always easy to find a practice where you feel that level of attention, but this team definitely delivers. Highly recommend!
